Bass Factory is a 100-preset sound pack for Applied Acoustics Systems' String Studio VS-3, also playable for free through the included AAS Player. Designed by sound designer Christian Laffitte, it covers acoustic, slap, fingered, fretless, synth, and arpeggiated bass sounds across six categories. The presets are built on AAS's physically modeled string oscillator engine, giving them an organic expressiveness that samples often lack.
