What it is
ADpak: Boutique Mallets is an expansion pack for XLN Audio's Addictive Drums 2, built around a bespoke Wacco kit recorded in the big room at Soundtrade Studios. It's the first ADpak tracked with both felt mallets and sticks, giving it a softer, more textured attack than a standard rock or pop kit. The shells are handcrafted from heat-treated maple with a natural satin oil finish, paired with maple hoops and rope tuners, and matched with a set of thin, dry Meinl Byzance cymbals for a dark, spacious character. It requires Addictive Drums 2 to run.
