The AMEK Mastering Compressor is Brainworx's digital recreation of AMEK's high-end analog mastering hardware, built using their Tolerance Modeling Technology to capture the original unit's component variances. Instead of standard attack/release knobs, it uses three True RMS detector circuits - slow, fast, and peak - that respond intelligently to how the signal's energy is actually changing, with soft and hard ratio modes ranging from tube-like warmth to snappier, more aggressive compression.
