What it is
Audio Liverpool is a circuit-modeled plugin emulation of the Grove Hill Audio Liverpool - a heavily modified Altec 436C Vari-Mu compressor. Antelope deconstructed the original hardware and rebuilt it digitally from original circuit blueprints, blending the rich mid-range smoothing of the Altec 436C, the fast transient attack of a Fairchild 670, and the unique "Hold" recovery mode of an RS124 into one plugin.
