What it is
Bandura is a deeply-sampled Kontakt library built around the traditional Ukrainian folk instrument - a plucked hybrid of lute and harp with 36 to 68 strings. Soul Samples recorded every note with close and room microphones across four dynamic layers, capturing the instrument's rich, resonant character. The library ships with 8 articulations including Sustain, Staccato, Harmonics, Glissando, and FX, plus a custom convolution reverb using impulse responses recorded at historic Kyiv venues.
