Cedar: Bizzarro
The deal
$14.72 at Loot Audio (down from $58.87). Deal ends April 20, 2026.
What it is
Cedar: Bizzarro is a Kontakt instrument built entirely from recordings of a luthier classical guitar, designed as a keyboard instrument with two distinct sound design engines called Transient and Partials. The Transient engine delivers pluck sounds shapeable via a multimode filter, while the Partials engine offers additive-style layering of five complex, harmonically tuned partials - each a rich, recorded sound rather than a simple sine wave. Together they create an instrument that sits between acoustic texture and deep cinematic sound design.
Who it's for
Composers and sound designers working in ambient, cinematic, or multimedia contexts who want something genuinely unusual - organic source material processed into keyboard-playable, harmonically rich instruments.
