What it is
CTFX2.3 - Piccolos is the third volume in Cacophony Inc's Cinematic Tension FX series for Kontakt, built around close-mic'd piccolo performances - runs, spills, pushes, hits, gestures, ostinatos, and textures aimed at scoring tension, suspense, and horror. The samples were tracked through an A Designs Pacifica preamp, a rare Lucas CS-1 microphone, and Lynx Aurora converters, and the library requires the full version of Kontakt 4 or 5 (tempo sync performs best in K5).
