What it is

Front DAW is an analog console emulation plugin from United Plugins, designed with producer and remixer Greg Brimson to give every track a true analog input stage. Powered by VARM II (Variable Analogue Random Modeling) technology, it recreates the subtle, chaotic behavior of real electrical components so each plugin instance behaves slightly differently, just like individual channels on a physical console. Five selectable saturation types cover classic British, punchy American, and vintage German tube consoles, plus magnetic tape and clip saturation.
