What it is

IBUKI is a FET-style compressor plugin from TAKUMI Audio Plugins built for fast, analog-flavored dynamic control. It models the quick, punchy grab of classic FET hardware, so it works well when you want transients to hit hard or want to tame peaks with some character.

Who it's for

Producers and mixing engineers who want a fast, colorful compressor for drums, vocals, and buses. It suits anyone who likes the aggressive, energetic sound of FET compression.

Key features

• The FET compressor design offers extremely fast attack times from 20 to 800 microseconds
• Five ratio modes give flexible compression settings
• A COLOR control shapes the analog character, and a MIX knob blends in the dry signal for parallel compression
• PRO mode adds finer control over detector and recovery behavior
