impOSCar3 is a hybrid synthesizer that pairs digital oscillators with analog-modeled filters, modeled after the rare UK-built OSCar from the early 1980s - one of the first instruments to combine both technologies in a single unit. It covers a wide tonal range, from dark ambient pads and resonant bells to tight leads, with a character that sits between digital precision and analog warmth. Version 3 adds 256-step editable wavetables and a significantly expanded preset library.
