What it is

Mesa is a multiband clipper plugin from Venomode for peak control and loudness enhancement. Rather than working like a standard limiter, it uses five distinct clipping modes, ranging from transparent peak trimming to warmer, saturation-style enhancement, so you can push levels up while keeping the sound intact. The signal splits into three independent frequency bands, each processed by its own clipper, so transient control can be tuned per band rather than applied across the whole mix at once.
