What it is
Nightmares from Ghost Ukelin is a Kontakt instrument from Triumph Audio that collects the most haunting and unsettling patches from the Ghost Ukelin library. It is built around an early 20th-century antique stringed instrument with a raw, raspy, slightly out-of-tune character. You get both full and lite patches, in Authentic and Processed versions.
Who it's for
Composers and sound designers working on horror, tension, sci-fi, game and trailer music who want eerie, organic string textures. It also works as a low-commitment way to try the Ghost Ukelin sound before the full library.
Key features
- 30 individual patches are organized into 7 folders, including Polished & Pitched, Atonal & Horror, Drones, Sul Pont, Swarm, Processed Patches and Engine Processed
- The library runs on Triumph Audio's custom engine with the Photosynthesis Engine
- It uses 24-bit / 48k uncompressed WAV samples and is about 630MB
- It requires full retail Kontakt 5.8.1 or higher (Kontakt Player is not supported)
