Instruments include an Erard 1873 (London), a Johann Andreas Stein 1793 (Augsburg), a Berndt 1848 (Breslau), a Huni & Hubert Swiss Grand 1860 (Zurich), and a rare Lutheal Piano from the Musical Instrument Museum Brussels. All 14,000 samples were recorded through vintage Neumann microphones, preserving the natural wooden resonance and mechanical character unique to each period instrument.
