Description
Mastering LPEQ is Quantum Music’s linear-phase equalizer for transparent mastering work. The project was developed with the Electrical Engineering Department of École Polytechnique de Montréal, with an explicit goal of minimizing coloration through signal-processing design.
The documentation lists 44.1, 48, 88.2, and 96kHz sample rates, 16-, 24-, and 32-bit resolution, left/right or mid/side operation, peak detection, and up to eight mono or four stereo channels. Bandwidth and Precision controls, peak metering, solo buttons, and fixed low/high cuts support detailed final-stage balancing.
The developer lists Windows VST2 and VST3 support and no Mac plan. Use it for stereo-bus cleanup, tonal balance, and surgical mastering moves where phase integrity matters.
