The deal
$111 at Plugin Boutique (down from $149), 26% off. The sale runs through October 6, 2026.
What it is
Acoustica 8 is Acon Digital's standalone audio editing, restoration, and mastering platform, and this listing upgrades an existing Acoustica 8 Standard license to Premium. The Premium tier adds AI-driven restoration tools, including an upgraded DeNoise 3 engine and Extract:Dialogue 2 for pulling clean speech out of noisy recordings. It also unlocks surround mixing up to 9.1.6 channels and ARA2 integration for working directly inside DAWs like Pro Tools.
Who it's for
This upgrade is aimed at current Acoustica 8 Standard owners - audio post-production engineers, podcast editors, and sound designers who need Premium's deeper restoration toolset and surround format support for their existing workflow.
Key features
- DeNoise 3 uses machine learning to strip background noise and hum from dialogue and music without degrading the source
- Extract:Dialogue 2 isolates speech from challenging recordings with fine-grained control
- Spectral editing with a stereo spectrogram view lets you surgically remove clicks, pops, and unwanted sounds
- AudioFill intelligently regenerates audio content to repair larger damaged sections, and support for up to 9.1.6 surround formats extends the toolkit into immersive post-production work
