Acoustica 8 Standard UPG from 7 Standard
The deal
$55 at Plugin Boutique (down from $75), 27% off. Sale runs through October 6, 2026. This is the upgrade price for existing Acoustica 7 Standard owners, not a new license.
What it is
Acoustica 8 Standard is Acon Digital's standalone audio editor and restoration suite, built for cleaning up, repairing, and polishing audio without needing a full DAW. It pairs AI-driven DeNoise 3 and an updated DeHum with spectral editing that lets you visually isolate and erase specific unwanted sounds - sirens, barks, clicks - directly from a stereo waveform. It also runs as an ARA2 plugin inside compatible DAWs like Pro Tools, so the same restoration tools are available in a full production workflow.
Who it's for
Existing Acoustica 7 Standard owners - podcasters, post-production engineers, and musicians - who want the newer AI-powered restoration tools without paying for a fresh license. It suits anyone whose work involves cleaning up field recordings, dialogue, or live takes before mixing.
Key features
- DeNoise 3 and the updated DeHum use machine learning to strip noise and hum from dialogue and music with fewer artifacts than older algorithms
- Extract:Dialogue 2 isolates speech from cluttered or reverberant recordings with targeted control
- AudioFill intelligently regenerates larger damaged or missing stretches of audio for seamless repairs
- The Standard edition supports immersive formats up to 9.1.6 surround and processes many effects in real time without rendering
