Acoustica 8 Ultimate UPG from 7 Premium
The deal
$169 at Plugin Boutique (down from $225), 25% off, through October 6, 2026. This is the paid upgrade path for existing owners of Acon Digital's Post Production Suite 7 Premium moving up to the Ultimate tier - other purchase options for new buyers are listed separately on the product page.
What it is
Acoustica 8 Ultimate is Acon Digital's top-tier audio editing, restoration, and mastering platform, a standalone application backed by a full suite of DAW plugins and bought once with no subscription. Version 8 adds AI-powered DeNoise 3 and DeHum, an upgraded Extract:Dialogue 2 for isolating speech from difficult recordings, a redesigned interface, and support for immersive mastering formats up to 9.1.6.
Who it's for
post-production audio engineers, podcast and dialogue editors, and mastering engineers who need surgical noise repair, spectral editing, and full-chain mastering in one standalone tool instead of juggling separate plugins.
Key features
- AI-powered DeNoise 3 and DeHum clean dialogue, ambience, and music noise in a single pass
- Extract:Dialogue 2 isolates speech from recordings with inherited noise floors, failed booms, or the wrong mic setup
- The Spectral Editor surgically removes one-off sounds like dog barks, sirens, and page turns with stereo-position visualization
- The Ultimate tier adds 16-channel immersive mastering up to 9.1.6, DeVerberate 3, DeFilter, Verberate Immersive 2, and six months of Soundly Pro
