What it is
Activation 2 is a sound effects library from Christian Bartrow Sound Design built around user interface audio. It pairs over 1,000 UI and robotic sound effects with roughly 1,000 UI voice samples. The effects were crafted with synthesizers plus analogue and digital gear, and the pack ships as WAV files.
Who it's for
Game developers, app and web designers, and sound designers who need a deep palette of interface sounds. It also suits producers who want clean beeps, glitches and robotic accents for transitions and textures.
Key features
- Over 1,000 UI and robotic effects are sorted into categories such as beeps, clicks, confirmations, alerts and glitches
- About 1,000 UI voice samples come in two styles, covering the alphabet, numbers, phrases and simple words
- File names follow the Universal Category System (UCS), which makes searching a large library easier
- All content is delivered as WAV
