What it is

BBD-Chorus is a circuit-modeled recreation of the classic Boss CE-1 Chorus/Vibrato pedal from 1976 - one of the most influential bucket brigade devices in guitar history. Antelope Audio built it from precise measurements of the hardware original, capturing every non-linear component response. The result is thick organic modulation, warm pitch-shifting vibrato, and that unmistakable 70s chorus character.

Producers and mix engineers who want classic analog modulation without hunting down vintage hardware. It works equally well on guitars, synths, and full mix buses - the Cross mode in particular is useful for adding glue and depth to an entire mix.
