What it is

The P-10 is Cherry Audio''s recreation of Sequential Circuits'' 1980 Prophet-10 - one of the most sought-after analog polysynths of its era. The plugin models the dual Curtis 3340 VCOs and 24 dB/octave lowpass filter that defined the original''s sound. It runs as a dual-layer instrument with 16 polyphonic voices per layer, configurable either as two independent synths or a single ten-voice instrument. The modulation architecture includes Poly Mod, Mono Mod, and Pressure Mod sections. A four-track step sequencer and arpeggiator are built in, along with a full effects chain including phaser, flanger, delay, reverb, and distortion. Over 500 presets are included.
