What it is
Chillout Room 2 is a sample pack from Deep Data Loops built around 10 ambient music construction kits, each supplying WAV loops and matching MIDI files. The sound leans into hazy, 90s chillout-room ambience layered with an 80s-influenced gear palette, evoking the downtempo rooms attached to old party venues. Every kit sits at 128 BPM and shares the same key, so individual kits can be mixed and matched or mashed up into new arrangements.
Who it's for
Producers working in ambient, downtempo, or chillout styles who want ready-to-use construction kits they can drop into a track as-is, or swap in their own synths using the included MIDI files.
Key features
- 10 full construction kits totaling 70 WAV loops and 70 MIDI files
- All kits share the same 128 BPM tempo and key, making them easy to layer or combine across the pack
- Included MIDI files let producers rebuild each part with their own synths or samplers instead of the stock sounds
- The ambient/chillout character still holds up in a dance context at that tempo, giving the pack more than one genre lane to work in
