What it is

ELECTRONYLON is a spectral modeling instrument from Sampleson that blends an electric piano with a nylon-string guitar. A single control morphs between the two sources in real time, so you can play anything from a soft plucked nylon tone to a warm electric piano, or a hybrid of both. The models are built from recordings of real instruments.

Who it's for

Producers and composers who want a distinctive keyboard-guitar hybrid for lo-fi, ambient, chill, or experimental tracks. It suits anyone who wants a playable, character-rich sound that goes beyond a standard electric piano patch.

Key features

• Real-time spectral transformation lets you morph between nylon guitar and electric piano
• The instrument includes built-in Ambient FX, Chorus, Drive, and Reverb effects
• It installs at only about 35MB and needs no additional plugins
• It runs as VST, AU, or standalone and has a scalable HD interface
