What it is
The Flux Series Bundle pairs two Kontakt libraries from Elastic Sounds. Aurea Flux is built around saxophone soundscapes, while Obscura Flux focuses on bass and soprano clarinet. Both use pre-recorded, tempo-synced looping patterns organized by tonality.
Who it's for
Composers and producers working on cinematic, ambient, or atmospheric music who want expressive woodwind textures without programming every phrase. It suits anyone who wants melodic, evolving layers that sit under a scene or a downtempo track.
Key features
- Aurea Flux includes 35 tempo-adjustable patterns and an adjustable arpeggiator
- Obscura Flux adds a True Legato Arpeggiator with individual note transitions
- Obscura Flux also has controls for double-time, panning, and pitch adjustment
- The bundle requires the full version of Kontakt 6.8.0 or later (not Kontakt Player) and takes up 4.8 GB
