What it is
MPC 6IX V1EWZ is a sample expansion for Akai MPC built around moody R&B, melodic hip-hop, and atmospheric production. It pairs chopped melodic samples, R&B keys, acoustic guitar textures, and vocal chops with ambient layers, so the material sounds dark and cinematic rather than clean and polished.
Who it's for
Beatmakers working in R&B, melodic hip-hop, and lo-fi styles who build tracks on MPC software or hardware. It suits producers who like flipping and layering chopped samples instead of writing every melody from scratch.
Key features
- The pack includes 44 MPC Programs, each loaded with 16 chopped samples
- It also ships 44 WAV files containing complete melodic ideas
- Content covers R&B keys, chord progressions, guitar loops, and atmospheric vocal chops
- Key and tempo labeling is included, and it works with MPC 2 and MPC 3 software and modern MPC hardware
