What it is

MPC DVRK FUTUR3Z - Chopped Melodies Xpansion is a sample and program pack for Akai's MPC software and hardware from DNA Labs Software. It leans into the dark, cinematic side of Atlanta-style trap, with ominous keys, eerie bells, haunting strings and futuristic textures. Each melody is pre-chopped so you can play it across the pads.

Who it's for

Trap and hip-hop producers working in an MPC who want moody, atmospheric melodic starting points. Useful for beatmakers who like to flip chopped loops rather than write every melody from scratch.

Key features

• Includes 66 MPC Chopped Melody Programs with 16 playable chops each
• Also ships with 66 WAV melody loops in 24-bit / 44.1 kHz
• Covers dark synths, arpeggios, strings, bells and atmospheric textures
• All audio is 100% royalty-free, and it works with MPC 2/3 software and standalone hardware (with conversion)
