What it is

Roadtrip Percussion is a Kontakt instrument built from found-sound percussion recorded on a cross-country journey. It captures metal surfaces, wind chimes, gongs, playground instruments, and Italian bells, offered as both raw and processed sounds across nine categories.

Who it's for

Composers and producers working on trailer music, cinematic scoring, or experimental sound design who want an unusual percussion palette. It works as a standalone toolkit or as a textural layer under other sounds.

Key features

• The library includes 144 patches in 4.47GB of 24-bit/48kHz uncompressed WAV samples
• It covers pitched and non-pitched percussion plus custom tempo-synced loops
• A custom Triumph Audio Engine provides filtering and an effects engine controlled by the mod wheel
• It requires full Kontakt 5.8.1 or newer (Kontakt Player is not supported)
