Spectral Resonator – Spectral Sound Design Plugin for Evolving Harmonic Textures
The deal
$59 at ADSR Sounds (down from $79). Sale ends May 25, 2026.
What it is
BLEASS Spectral Resonator is an FFT-based spectral processing plugin that converts any audio signal into layered harmonic textures using banks of up to 256 partials per voice. Rather than adding reverb or convolution, it works in the frequency domain - analyzing your input and re-synthesizing it as tuned, shimmering resonances you can sculpt in real time. The result ranges from subtle harmonic enhancement to completely transformed, choir-like timbres that bear little resemblance to the original sound.
Who it's for
Ambient and cinematic composers who need evolving pad textures and harmonic atmospheres built from existing audio, and sound designers looking to turn inharmonic sources like drums, noise, and atonal hits into pitched, tuned material.
Key features
- Up to 256 harmonics per voice turn any input - including drums and noise - into chord-like resonant clouds
- Three voicing modes (internal 4-voice generator, 8-voice MIDI polyphony with pitch bend and glide, and Latch for sustained resonances) cover everything from live performance to sound design
- An interactive 3D Rainbow Spectrogram lets you draw and drag spectral band-pass filters directly on the frequency display
- Blur, Freeze, and Kill controls smear and sustain the harmonic spectrum into reverb-like tails or freeze it in place for infinite sustained textures
