What it is
TG100 Reverb by Martinic recreates the onboard reverb algorithms from Martinic's own TG100 hardware synthesizer, a classic early-1990s MIDI sound module prized for its distinctive, slightly grainy digital character. The plugin packs eight algorithms - two each of Hall, Room, Plate, and Delay - through a mono-in, stereo-out signal path modeled on the original chip, with early reflections, pre-delay, decay, and high-frequency damping controls for shaping the tail without reaching for a smooth, modern-sounding reverb.
Who it's for
Producers working on retro or early-90s-inspired tracks who want that compact digital reverb color on vocals, guitars, drums, or synths, rather than a pristine contemporary algorithm. It also suits anyone chasing General MIDI or lo-fi digital nostalgia without hunting down actual TG100 hardware.
