What it is

The Dark Side is a 40GB virtual instrument Sound Module (VST3/AU/AAX) produced by EastWest's Doug Rogers alongside Grammy-winning producer David Fridmann. It's an unconventional collection of dark, eerie, and heavily processed sounds - guitars, drums and percussion, basses, ethnic instruments, keyboards, and strings that have been mangled, distorted, or run through vintage tube effects until they're barely recognizable. Instruments are organized into complete track-ready groups, with the more distorted and effected sounds designed to sit alongside cleaner elements for maximum contrast.
