What it is

Upright Bass is an Elastik soundbank from Ueberschall built around recordings of an acoustic upright bass. It has 437 bass grooves spanning Soul, Funk, Jazz, Trip Hop, Breakbeat, Lounge, House, RnB, Drum & Bass, and Dubstep. Each groove comes in three recording versions, so the library holds 1,311 loops in total.

Who it's for

Producers and beat makers who want a real wooden upright bass sound in jazz, soul, lounge, or downtempo tracks without hiring a player. It also suits electronic producers who want an organic low end under their drums.

Key features

• The 437 grooves come in Mixed (mic plus piezo), Mic-only, and Piezo-only versions, so you can pick the tone that fits your mix
