Vital Series: Sticks is a Kontakt percussion instrument from Vir2 Instruments built entirely from "found object" recordings. Instead of conventional drum and cymbal samples, the library pairs different stick and mallet types, including steel brushes, timpani mallets, and bamboo cajon sticks, with everyday struck objects like a cardboard box, an old wooden drawer, and an 8-foot sheet of metal. In total there are 80 unique stick-and-object combinations mapped and ready to play inside Kontakt, giving each hit a distinct, non-synthetic character.
