What it is

AXTRO-DS-08 is a hybrid drum machine plugin that combines WAV sample loading with modified 808 drum synthesis. It offers 12 slots for custom WAV samples - each with reverse control and envelope generation - alongside 12 pre-designed 808-inspired drum sounds built from scratch, not emulated. The sequencer runs up to 16 bars with live recording, and every drum slot gets its own effects chain with bandpass filter, LFO, compressor, EQ, delay, and distortion. A master effects section adds a 15-band stereo EQ, multiband compressor, reverb, and frequency analyzer.
