It captures the fixed-attack-and-release character that made the original circuit famous, then extends the concept with SSL's high and low pass filters and two creative modes: SCOOP and SPLIT. The range goes from subtle glue compression all the way to aggressive signal deconstruction, all controlled through a single AMOUNT dial.
