What it is
Reaktor PolySeq is a polyphonic analog-modeled synthesizer ensemble for Native Instruments Reaktor. It combines two oscillators with sync, FM, and cross-modulation alongside an integrated CV sequencer with a quantizer and modulatable note range and speed. Sonically it covers a wide range - from bright bell tones and plucked melodic lines to dense synthetic pads and deliberately disharmonic textures.
Who it's for
Producers already working with Reaktor Full who want a synthesizer that generates its own evolving melodic patterns. It suits ambient, IDM, and generative electronic music workflows where shifting harmonic content and modular-inspired sequencing drive the composition.
Key features
- Two oscillators with four waveforms plus sync, FM, and cross-modulation provide a deep tonal palette
- The CV sequencer with built-in quantizer handles melodic movement automatically, with modulatable note range and speed for evolving sequences
- A ring modulator acting as a third oscillator, frequency shifter, LFO, single delay, LP filter, and reverb extend sound design well beyond standard subtractive synthesis
- 50 factory presets are included, and the sequencer can be switched off entirely for traditional MIDI keyboard play
