What it is

The UADx Manley Voxbox Channel Strip is a circuit-modeled emulation of Manley's classic all-in-one vocal processor, combining a Class-A tube mic preamp, optical compressor, three-band passive EQ modeled after the Pultec MEQ-5, and an advanced de-esser/limiter in a single plugin. The hardware original has been a studio standard for vocal tracking for decades, and UA's emulation captures the transformer saturation, tube warmth, and optical compression character of the original circuit.
