Void Wave is a dual-wavetable synthesizer from Ollie Nicklin built for basslines, leads, pads, and plucks with an intentionally hands-on sound-design workflow. It combines two wavetable oscillators, 109 factory presets, user wavetable import, eight filter types, a 12-slot modulation matrix, and a four-stage effects chain in a native plugin for macOS and Windows.
The synth leans into analog-style movement rather than clean static wavetable playback. Its always-on character model adds per-voice pitch drift, subtle wavetable-position drift, micro-LFO motion on unison voices, and a small note-on pitch transient to make stacked sounds feel less rigid.
