Description
ATTRACTOR is a dynamics plugin from Analog Obsession built around separate attack and release processing. Instead of treating the input as one full-band signal, it splits the transient and sustain-style portions so each side can be shaped with its own tone, compression, saturation, volume, and blend controls.
That layout makes it more flexible than a basic transient designer. You can add snap to drums, thicken the body of a loop, smooth aggressive releases, or drive one side harder with saturation while keeping the other cleaner.
The control set stays direct: low and high shelves, auto-gain compression, saturation, per-section volume, a global mix knob, and master output. The official release notes also call out that there is no oversampling, so the saturation stages are best used with the same level discipline you would apply to other lightweight non-linear processors.
